Elizabeth Hotz works with her partner and father, Larry Hotz, along with her sister Meredith at Kentwood Real Estate’s DTC office. She’s been selling homes since 2006. Elizabeth has helped hundreds of buyers find just the right home. More than that, she takes a personal interest in making sure that all options for neighborhoods and homes are fully explored.
Her clients appreciate that Elizabeth listens carefully to fully understand her clients needs. That way, she can better understand how to faithfully represent her client’s best interests. Her negotiating skills are superb because she is honest and insightful about how to best help her clients.
“I make sure my clients get the best home in the best neighborhood and under the best terms”. Elizabeth says. “We work hard to make sure our clients get the best possible representation and the best deal.”
When it comes time to write an offer, Elizabeth crafts and presents an offer that fully represents the best interests of the client.
Also, she frequently achieves a better than list price on the listing and selling side of transactions. Recently, she skillfully maneuvered closing a transaction at $70,000 over list price by attracting competing offers at the same time.
