I always wonder where to start when discussing historic, Downtown Littleton with home-buyers relocating to Denver. Surprisingly, this small downtown area of Littleton is right off the main drag of South Santa Fe Drive near Bowles Avenue. But, it still feels somehow tucked away. It’s like a quiet secret.
Massive residential, commercial, office and retail development in Lone Tree will follow the opening of 3 new light rail stations at RidgeGate. The southern-most extension of the Denver light rail will open on May 19th. And, those new rail stations will bring more development and a downtown area to Lone Tree.
