Solterra : New Homes Community
Solterra is considered by many as one of the most desirable communities in all of Metro Denver suburbs. Belmar is a new Town Center
Look no further than Belmar to see a great example of redevelopment done correctly. Belmar is a mixed-use development located ten minutes of the city and five miles from both 6th Ave, and I-25. On the corner of Alameda and Wadsworth, where the famous Villa Italia mall once thrived, Belmar now modererizes the shopping. It has been in true partnership with the city of Lakewood to help recreate what once was a true destination in Denver! Belmar residents enjoy the convenience of major retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, DSW and Dicks Sporting Goods. Yet, they can also indulge themselves in local favorites like the Vito Pini Salon and Spa or Wilde Belle, a self-described “country-chic boutique.”
