The Landmark is just east of Belleview Avenue and I-25 in the southern Denver suburb of Greenwood Village. This development of luxury Greenwood Village condos, shops, restaurants and entertainment can be easily accessed from Downtown Denver via light rail or car. There are two main towers that include 130 units in the Landmark West and 141 in the Landmark East Tower. Residents can use all facilities, workout areas etc. in both towers. Each resident has assigned storage apart from their condominium.

Since being awarded the management of this DTC neighborhood, they have partnered with the homeowners’ association, retailers, and neighbors to make significant upgrades to the community.

They have succeeded and brought a higher level of service and accountability to the Landmark Community. I met with Brad Arnold who oversees the Sales and Marketing for the residences. He told me about the brisk pace of condo sales. There were only 16 remaining new units left to sell. 73% of the retail space is now leased with new announcements coming soon.
Many of the newer residents of Landmark have lived nearby, perhaps in Cherry Hills, or a larger home in Greenwood Village or The Preserve. Their kids have moved from the nest.
Landmark owners now live a simpler lifestyle that allows them to travel, play more tennis at Greenwood Athletic Club or work out in the Landmark Fitness Center. Their grown children can still visit to see the glorious sunset views. The Landmark has a lot to offer discerning buyers of luxury Denver Real Estate.
The Landmark Community has HOA sponsored events, Farmer Markets in the summer and early fall, Super Bowl parties, groups of friends that travel together and special events throughout the summer.
