We’re lucky to have 4 seasons here in Denver’s suburb of Aurora, Colorado and the golf season is heating up. Aurora residents are almost in full swing. The cold days are behind us. We’ve dusted off our clubs from home storage. The courses are green and most of us are working the bugs out from our winter layoff.
It’s well known, that Colorado has a lot to offer for outdoor enthusiasts and Aurora, CO is on that list with quite a few options for golf. Living in aurora, means that you really don’t have to travel far to get to a course. With 18 “course options” over 14 courses, you’ll have plenty of variety to choose from.
Over the years I’ve been lucky enough to play most of these courses and if you want to have fun with friends, are a serious golfer or a beginner, want to entertain clients or want a private course, you can find all these in Aurora.

Of the courses I’ve played, my favorites off the list are Blackstone, Saddle Rock and Murphy Creek. I have not played Valley Country Club or Heritage Eagle Bend, and I hear Heritage Eagle Bend is great. Enjoy the golf season, and remember “don’t show up to lay up”.
