Littleton Realtor Dennis Martin
My daughter Dawn and I are Littleton Realtors and we love our business. For sure, part of it is selling homes throughout the south Denver suburbs. Because, we do operate a real estate business. But, our real passion is developing long-term relations with our clients. They really do become our dear friends.
So, what I like to explain is that we really in the people business. As a result, we earn our living simply by helping our friends. It’s hardly even work. It’s our mission.
Recently a friend and client offered to write and record a testimonial. How could we refuse. After all, that’s the highest compliment we could receive. This is what Mary Mccann had to say about our service and our relationship.
Dennis Martin’s Client Testimonial
When someone has an appetite for seeing what it’s like to live in different parts of the country, she considers herself extremely lucky when she runs across a dedicated, personable, knowledgeable, and expert realtor like Dennis Martin. My particular lucky day was a Sunday in October of 1995.

Mary Mccann’s testimonial
I had moved to the Denver area from Boston a few months before, and was ready to begin looking for a place to buy. I visited several Open Houses that day. But, it was Dennis who took an interest in me noting my preferences, and learning about my situation. Within a few days Dennis took me to visit several townhouse properties on the market that met my criteria. He was helpful in pointing out pros and cons of each property. And, he guided me in the process of making an offer.
Later, he assisted me with other aspects of the process. Such as, obtaining a mortgage, arranging the appraisal and inspection. Ultimately, he prepared me for the closing. Dennis kept me informed on a daily basis of how things were going and what needed to be next on my To Do list. Besides being knowledgeable, he has the teaching and communication skills to get complex ideas and information across, and he consistently goes above and beyond in every way.
Why a Littleton Realtor Relationship Matters
I’ve had a number of other real estate professional relationships over the years, and usually this is where the story ends. That is not the case when Dennis is in your corner. Dennis called me from time to time to check in, and to see how things were going with my townhouse. When I decided to move to the Washington, DC area in 2010, I contacted Dennis to list my unit for sale. The market was soft at that time, and good offers were not forthcoming. A couple months into the process, Dennis told me that he had worked closely with a property manager, Heidi Beasecker of Citadel Properties, and that perhaps I should consider the option of turning my property into a rental unit.
That was another very lucky day for me as during my years living in Maryland I was able to pay off the mortgage on my townhouse thanks to the rental income. I retired recently and made plans to move back into my townhouse. While I was still out of state, Dennis personally met a contractor at my place to walk through the property to create an estimate for my desired improvements. He also inspected the improvements prior to the date I returned. Naturally I turned to Dennis when I needed to find an excellent realtor to manage the sale of my home in Maryland, and he interviewed several and connected with the one he considered the most promising.
She turned out to be the ideal candidate. Then, he and Heidi met me at the unit the day I arrived in Colorado, and he went on to recommend several other professionals and businesses he was familiar with who could help me get settled. He checked with me repeatedly in the next weeks to see how things were doing and to offer further assistance.
Dennis is relentless when it comes to serving the customer. He is truly exceptional. I recommend him to you without reservation for all of your real estate needs.
Do you have a question for me? I’d love to talk to you. Who knows? It could even result in another one of our valued relationships.
