Relationships, Relationships and more Relationships. That’s what the real estate business is really about. I know they teach “Location, Location, Location” in the real estate schools. But, my business is a people business and it always has been.
I’ve been an active, full-time Denver Realtor since the 1970’s. Now, I work with my daughter, Dawn selling homes and getting to know people throughout Denver and the south Denver suburbs. We also have been chosen to write articles for the All Denver Real Estate Blog. We write about Littleton and Highlands Ranch primarily. But, we also write about market conditions and People. Yes, people and our relationships with them is our most biggest benefit from this crazy real estate business.
A large portion of our business comes from our happy clients who have done business with us over the years. In addition, our clients often refer us their friends and relative, Why? Because they like us and we like them. More than that, they like the good work we done for them. Whether buying or selling, we go the extra mile and provide plain-old good service. Of course, they also benefit from our years of education and experience.
Denver Relocation Realtors
Out of town buyers and folks moving out of town also do a lot of business with us. Yes, we have worked with clients from the Coldwell Banker Relocation Network. Our company is very involved in large corporate moves and will often ask us to help Denver relocation buyers moving into or out of Denver’s south suburbs.
Also, we are bloggers and Denver relocation Realtors for All Denver Real Estate. And, we work with individuals who contact us though the blog. That’s how we met Michael and Audrey Haynes. They used the Denver Neighborhood Finder tool on the blog ask about the best neighborhoods for them. They answered a few simple questions. Then, Dawn and I called them to ask some more details about their likes and dislikes.
From there were able to send them Neighborhood Reports about several great areas including Highlands Ranch. That’s where they ultimately decided to move. It was Highlands Ranch.
Realtor Ron Kounkel
I was a managing broker of a large Denver real estate company, Perry and Butler Realty, when I first Ron Konkel. Ron was a top agent at my company then. We became friends and that friendship lasted for years. So, when Ron needed to sell his home and move closer to relatives in Seattle, he called me.
I was flattered that such a good Realtor would call me to sell his home. Dawn and I worked hard to sell his home and tend to all the details. That way, he and and his family could focus and the actual move.
Best of all, I was so pleased to be able to replace the American Flag Ron had given away to his grandson. This way, Ron will be able to fly tose stars and stripes in Seattle just as he did in Denver!
Thanks Ron, Michael and Audrey! You have been good friends and enriched life. I am so glad I could work you all. I am blessed to have the best family, friends and clients I could hope for. That’s the real reward of this real estate business!
