First, on this episode of Selling Denver, the sisters check out a very coveted listing of the Hotz Group in Cherry Creek. This luxurious brownstone in NorthCreek is listed for $3.1 million. This property was completely remodeled down to the studs in 2021 with some of the most high-end finishes on the market. For example, the custom Downsview kitchen is a show-stopper. Next, after touring their fabulous listing, Meredith and Elizabeth met up with Ester Lee Leach. Esther is the Editor in Chief and founder of Cherry Creek Fashion magazine, a member of the Cherry Creek Arts foundation, and on the board of the Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce. Also, she is the recipient of the Gervasini Community Leader of the Year Award for Cherry Creek by the Chamber of Commerce! Esther has her finger on the pulse of Cherry Creek. She shares her story of starting in fashion on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. Even though Esther lived worldwide, including London, New York, and San Francisco, Esther decided to make roots in Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado. She Googled “best places to live in Denver,” and Cherry Creek popped up. Esther said she loved the community that Cherry Creek was, and eight years later, she is still there and thriving!
