I agree with Doug Hutchins’ article from last week. Buyers cannot find what they want in many areas around Denver. Prices are rising and good homes are selling very quickly and at prices near or even above asking prices. Smart Sellers are putting their homes on the market NOW!

Denver Housing Inventory Drying-Up
( Thanks to Brian Lehnerz, my good partner, and Darren Crotchett for helping with this article.) The Denver Real Estate Housing Market has certainly created a new world of opportunity. Denver Ranks #3 in Case-Shiller
The Denver real estate market continued to out pace all but 2 of the nations top 20 metro areas in home prices according to the Case-Shiller index released today. But, new technologies are beginning to become viable for use here and throughout Colorado to help replace or eliminate the electricity bill. Consider fuel cells and even […]
Bed Bugs Return
By Carl Brahe, Certified Denver Home Inspector Just in time for Halloween, here is a truly scary thought. Only this threat to Denver homes is real. Bed bugs were so common in the first part of the 20th century that it estimated that 1/3 of all US households were infested. Nearly everyone had been bitten […]
South Broadway Boom
By ELizabeth Hotz, First time Home Buyer Specialist Driving up and down South Broadway Boulevard in Denver – just south of where it connects with I-25 – has become unbearable! Cars backed up for blocks, new lanes, huge cement trucks, and construction workers with their “slow” signs – it’s an anthill of activity. And yet, […]
Carbon Monoxide Detectors in Colorado
By Larry Hotz, All Denver Real Estate, Senior Editor Every seller of every home in the state of Colorado must now install carbon monoxide detectors within 15 feet of every bedroom. Current monoxide detectors have always been a good idea because they are a first alert against the invisible, odorless gas that can kill people […]
