Preserved wetlands are the the centerpiece of The Preserve.
Today, there are over 500 luxury homes nestled on 3/4-2 acre lots, surrounded open space. There is also the fabulous Marjorie Perry Nature reserve. Its 55 acres include wetlands, trails, waterfowl, eagles and foxes. The trail by the Highline Canal offers cycling, walking and even horseback riding. It’s all part of the 71 mile Highline Canal running though the southern suburbs of Denver. Almost 2 miles of this canal runs through the Preserve.
