Sedalia, Colorado is a small town located south of Highlands Ranch and just northwest Castle Rock off US 85. It boasts a Five Star Restaurant named Gabriel´s which features continental food. Just for the fun of it, this is also home to Bud’s Bar. That’s the down-home funky home of the best burger in Denver according to the newspaper Westword.
