Highlands Ranch, Colorado is relatively new Denver suburb founded in 1981. The 22,000-acre master-planned community prides itself on being “a family friendly, lucky-to-live-in-Colorado”place. The Highlands Ranch, Colorado community boasts a population of approximately 110,000 in approximately 30,000 single family homes and 4,000 apartments.
