Belmar Town Center is a great example of redevelopment done correctly in Lakewood. It is is a mixed-use development located ten minutes from the city and five miles from both 6th Ave, and I-25. On the corner of Alameda and Wadsworth, Belmar is located where the famous Villa Italia mall used to be situated. Belmar has been in true partnership with the city of Lakewood to help recreate what once was a true destination in Denver!
