Originally, Southmoor Park was developed in the 1960´s and 1970´s as a suburban area of Denver. It looks and feels suburban. However, it is actually located in the Southern portion of the Denver city limits, at the intersection of I-25 and Hampden, US-285. Many of these older homes have been remodeled and renovated and others are in good condition and ready to be brought up to date.
