Located next to Cherry Creek, the Hilltop neighborhood is one of Denver’s best neighborhoods. The predominant architecture is 1930’s to 1960’s ranches and two stories. Many homes in Hilltop are extensively remodeled. Recently, many new homes have been built here as “in-fills”. In other words, builders bought vacant lots
and built brand new homes. These newer homes have become ubiquitous. They range in price from $1M-$4M and are generally over 3000 square feet…plus finished basements.
There are smaller and older homes here too. They generally are priced from $450,000 to $1M. Sizes range from 900 square foot homes built in the 1960’s to expansive ranches and more historical homes (both bungalows and gracious two-stories). There are even a few colonial styled homes here.
