Tom considers himself, “Your friend in the homeownership business”. Having lived in and around Denver since 1972, he considers himself a faux native. Attending and graduating from the University of Denver, he began his career in Real Estate in 1976. Tom has been a Realtor since 1979 – and a perennial participant in the Denver Board of Realtors Roundtable and Kentwood’s $10 Million Directors’ Dinner. He is a top selling Broker at Kentwood Real Estate. Putting people and property together is what he does especially for folks relocating to Denver
.
Tom has worked with the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC Member since 1982) and is one of the few practicing Realtors holding the Senior Certified Relocation Professional (SCRP). His induction into Worldwide ERC’s Hall of Leaders in 2000 was a defining moment.
He has been selling homes in Denver and the suburbs for over 18 years. He has been recognized as a top Broker at the Kentwood Company and the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Before that Tom operated his own appraisal business and had many Corporate relocation clients including HomeEquity, Merrill Lynch and what is now Cendant Relocation.
His experience in all matters relating to residential valuation has seen him published many times from Mobility Magazine to the Denver Post. In recent years, www.MyTownCryer.com has featured his most recent writings.
Years Experience with REO, Relocation and owner occupied residential properties give him a unique perspective of a business changing daily. Tom seems to work equally well with buyers and seller throughout the Denver Metro Area.
Tom enjoys time with his family most: One Wife (Wesleyan), Three Children (Duke, ND & DU), and Madison the Dog (Black Lab). They walk, hike, climb, ski and 4-Wheel together on vacations and weekends throughout the Rocky Mountain States. It is not uncommon seeing them on the slopes of Vail Mountain on Epic Days.
