Cherry Hills Village, Colorado City Facts

Cherry Hills Village is Denver’s closest southern suburb. Yet, it is almost rural in atmosphere with large lots, horse trails and affluent residents. Yet, there are established subdivisions too including Glenmoor Country Club and Buell Mansion which are gated communities. Cherry Hills East and North,Mansfield Heights, Southmoor are subdivisions offering homes below $1.5m.

Old Cherry Hills reminds some of eastern affluent suburbs such as Darien Connecticut New homes in Cherry Hills start at $3m. It is not uncommon for lots to sell in the $1-3m range.
