Denver is a busy, growing metropolis. Downtown consists mainly of office buildings, sports and entertainment venues, great restaurants and shopping. As far as living there, Washington Park Is Clean, Safe and Thriving.

Cherry Creek is the "younger" crowds’ favorite area near Coors Field, and consists primarily of high-rise condo living. More exclusive communities near downtown include: The Denver Country Club, Polo Club, Hilltop, LoDo, Crestmoor, Bonnie Brae, Belcaro and Downtown Denver. These areas are popular with professionals who can afford the elevated price tags on homes here. It is not uncommon for homes and condominiums here to reach the $400-$500 per square foot range.

These communities are extremely residential in flavor with very few or no apartment buildings. Each offers its own amenities including our famous parks. Shopping is nearby each community. All are within minutes to Cherry Creek shopping center which is both a fashion mall and boutique shopping and entertainment area.
