Then, Kentwood sales staff will begin writing contracts in order for those on the priority list who exercise their option to buy in the order of registration. The "priority list" was developed by on-site sales staff for the semi-custom homes in anticipation of the release of the true custom homes in October. These luxury homes are the first release of 60-70 homes in the luxury home series. Several different builders are included on the approved builder list. Contact us for more information.
