The Kentwood Company is truly unique in luxury Denver real estate. We are the largest locally owned firm by volume of real estate sold. Our average sales per agent is the top in the market. We sell more homes over $1 million than anyone else in town.

It’s more than just statistics. The Kentwood Company has a tradition of excellence. The founding partners were top real estate agents looking to create a better environment for salespeople and their clients. Four of the founding partners are still selling homes at the firm.

In 2007, Bill Moore and Peter Niederman purchased the firm from the partners. Bill had been a partner in The Kentwood Company from 1987-1997. He operated a regional, multi-office company, Moore and Company for many years along with his son-in-law Peter. He is a former President of the National Association of Realtors. Peter was Chief Operating Officer of Moore and Company for many years as well.

Today, The Kentwood Company is among the top firms in Denver real estate. Dominant sales top $1 billion every year. Market share above $500,000 is tops in the town and sales agents average more than $12 million in annual sales. That’s top in country. In fact, our Relocation Department has contracts with some of the leading companies in the region such as Boeing to provide relocation services. In addition, the Relocation Department contracts with all leading national relocation companies to handle their transferees to the Denver Metro area.

The Kentwood Company is one of the few remaining “Full Service” companies. Full support staff includes assistants to all agents. The Marketing Department produces its own full-color brochures and marketing materials plus hosts a popular website for our clients benefit.
