Rick Cavallaro – Reunion’s Hometown Realtor

“Helping People Find Their Way Home”… has been Rick’s business motto for his Real Estate career since he first began selling real estate in 2001. Homes for Rick now is Reunion in Commerce City, Colorado.  Rick’s passion for Real Estate first began when he first started purchasing properties for his own personal use and for investment purposes. Gaining a tremendous amount of real estate knowledge from the real world, he then decided to pursue a full-time career in real estate.

Real world knowledge and formal technical education have helped him to become a top producing agent. “I remember when I bought my first home, it was a scary transaction. Now I want to help people by making this transaction as trouble free as possible.”

Having been in the restaurant industry for the early part of his career, Customer Service was a key element that he could transition over into the real estate industry.  Customer needs always come first and foremost.  Listening, asking key questions and educating the clients are the secrets to his success.

Rick graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and has lived in the Westminster area for over 25 years.  Rick now lives in Reunion, out by Denver International Airport, which is where he feels the northeastern community is growing the fastest. Although he serves the entire Denver Metro area, his primary focus is Northeast of Denver in the Westminster, Thornton, Brighton, and Reunion areas. “I love the being in the northeastern part of Denver; this area has so much to offer and is continually growing.”
