Elizabeth Hotz, Home Buyer Specialist
Elizabeth Hotz is employed at The Kentwood Company’s DTC office as a first time home buyer specialist working with her father Larry Hotz, a residential real estate broker with the firm. Elizabeth is a fully licensed Broker and Realtor in her own right and has helped dozens of first time buyers find just the right home. More than that, she takes a personal interest in making sure that all options for neighborhoods and homes are fully explored.

When it comes time to write an offer, Elizabeth works with Dad to craft and present an offer that fully represents the best interests of the client. They operate as a team in all negotiations. So, Dad’s more than 30 years of broker experience comes in handy to ensure the best deal for a buyer.

Larry has been a residential broker for 31 years, selling homes throughout Denver and the south suburbs. He is recognized annually by the Denver Board of Realtors’ Roundtable, as well as The Kentwood
Company’s President’s Club for outstanding residential sales. He is a former Director of the Denver Board of Realtors and a former Senior Instructor for Continuing Realtor Education through the University of Colorado and the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
Elizabeth is an alumnus of Cherry Creek High School and graduated with honors with a B.A. in communications from Purdue University. She is also a licensed real estate agent.
Prior to Kentwood, she was a public relations account representative at Wodell, IItis, Sherman Associates.
Elizabeth serves on the Board of Directors for Friends of Paha, an organization benefiting disabled children in the Denver area. In addition, she is active in the AntiDefamation League, Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Association, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Junior League, Hospice of Denver, National Kidney Foundation and Families First.
