Bob Maiocco is the founder and creator of Evergreen-real-estate.com and Conifer-homes-for-sale.com and an accomplished Colorado real estate agent.

First licensed in Colorado in 1992 Bob has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes throughout the Denver metro with a passion for the mountain towns west of Denver like Evergreen, Golden, Conifer and Morrison.

Very active in the community, Bob has volunteered in a variety of capacities including with Trout Unlimited, on various Metro Districts, as a Park Ranger and has coached many team sports including Evergreen and Conifer Football, Lacrosse and Soccer.
