New Era Realty was founded by two good friends who wanted to strike out on their own and leave the corporate rat race behind.  Brian Lehnerz and John Stegner had worked together for several years in the technology sector, but had always dreamed about being business owners. They shared a passion for real estate and as they sat down to develop a business plan they decided to keep it simple.  Their shared mission would be to set the new standard in the industry.  Although this might seem to have been a lofty goal, these two Colorado natives hit the ground running and began setting sales records during their very first year in the industry.

So, how did they do it and what set them apart? First, Brian and John work to achieve their mission one client at a time by helping them get the results they want and deserve. This focus on each and every individual provides a superior level of customer service. Second, the new standard is about results. Brian and John employ the best advertising and marketing available, both print and online. When a client chooses New Era Realty’s marketing package, they are always surprised by the reach of the advertising. They find their home in real estate magazines everywhere they go and online they find their house just a click away at every turn.

After nearly a decade of working together, John and Brian have seen their sales volume increase every year they have been in business.  Being natives, they have always been confident about selling homes all along the Front Range and now employ agents who live and work from Fort Collins to Castle Rock.  During the past few years, they have begun to focus on the Downtown Denver market.  Brian and John now find a significant percentage of their business coming for the downtown loft and condo sector, an area of specialization they have developed.  Given this focus, they love the convenience of their current location in historic Platt Park, just a block south of the Sushi Den.
