I am a semi-Denver native by way of Indiana.  I have lived in Denver and Aurora since 1992.  Currently, I live in Stapleton with my husband, our 2 year old daughter, and our 2 dogs.  We have lived in Stapleton for 4 years.

Stapleton used to be the Denver airport until until 1995 when it was replaced by Denver International Airport. That left a large open space for developement. And, Stapleton began to come a mixed-use community  with retail and some commercial space mixed with mostly residential real estate

I think Stapleton is a great community with much diversity. Dispite the conventional wisdom, families thrive here with good schools and amenities for our children. But,single professionals are equally at home in Stapleton.

I am very familiar with the new construction process as well the resale process.  I have worked with most builders in Stapleton and am happy to share my knowledge. Whether my clients are considering a new home or just a home that’s new to them, it is important to evaluate the quality of the construction.

I graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Management.  My career in Real Estate began in 2004.  I pride myself in being a “full service” Real Estate professional.  Not only do I enjoy helping my clients find the perfect home, I also enjoy helping them settle into their new community!
