Mike and Melody Rivera have been investing and selling real estate in Denver Colorado for over 20 years. We are both Colorado natives and were born and raised in Denver. We both are from very large families that still have their roots in Denver and we consider ourselves to be very family oriented.
We both started our careers investing in the rental business and over the years we have continued to buy, sell, and exchange our investments with a huge amount of success.
Mike begin his rental career managing an 18 unit building at a very young age where he learned the leasing process, eviction process, management, and maintenance. Melody’s family begin the rental business when she was about 8-10 years old. Her entire family siblings, mom, and dad worked on a rental every weekend, that is where she begin her education with maintenance, and the over-all process of running a successful business.
We currently continue to invest and work together as a team at Kentwood City Properties in downtown denver to help buyers and sellers purchase and sell real estate. We have run a very successful team of 6 and have been awarded one of the top ten teams for sales volume in Denver. We are very active in the Denver Board of Realtors, Denver community, local, state, and national levels.
