Southern Hills has long been a favorite community for people who like traditional sprawling ranch style homes in the Western tradition. Most of these homes were built in the 60’s and 70’s. There are now some new “Scraper” homes in this area, these are brand new homes built on lots where the original structure was literally scrapped off the lot. These homes generally cost above $900,000. But, the original ranch homes sell from $400,000-$1m.
