The Denver Country Club is located just west of the fashionable Cherry Creek shopping center and neighborhood. This area extends from Speer Boulevard north to 6th Avenue and from Downing Street east to Oak Street. The heart of the Country Club area is Country Club Place. The large, sprawling lots, historic homes and proximity to both the actual Denver Country Club and the Cherry Creek fashion mall make this area one of the most exclusive areas in Denver. Wide, tree lines streets add to the elegant atmosphere.

Homes here start of $1.5 for those in need of updating or repair. Grand, fully remodeled homes start at $2.5m.  There is a less expensive alternative. That is in the adjacent subdivision of Country Club North.

The area just north of 6th Avenue to 8th Avenue is often referred to as Country Club North. This area has slightly more modest homes. The homes range in price in Country Club Place from $1,000,000 to $4,000,000; homes in Country Club North are attractively priced from $400,000 to $2,000,000. This area is next to Cheesman Park, which provides plenty of open space and recreation opportunities.

The area just south of Denver Country Club is known alternately as Country Club South and Washington Park North. Homes here are priced from $300,000 – $3,000,000. All three of these neighborhoods are centrally located making them attractive for easy commutes to downtown Denver and the nearby shopping center as well as popular eateries, art studios and gathering places. Even Washington Park is only a short bike ride away.
