Crestmoor is a charming residential neighborhood located about 2 miles east of the Cherry Creek shopping center and just east of the Hilltop neighborhood.

If you want to close to everything including Cherry Creek but still have a quiet and tranquil neighborhood, then consider Crestmoor Park. There’s an elegance to the wide, tree-lined streets and homes that live there. Centered around Crestmoor Park, which is located at the intersection of Monaco Street and 1st Avenue, the residential of area of Crestmoor consists of both stately, older “mansions”, 1960´s and 1970´s ranch homes and brand new luxury custom homes.

The area is popular because of the larger lot sizes and the relative tranquility for its city location.
