		<description>I practiced real estate law for 20 years, and now I&#039;m a Realtor/Owner/Broker.  It seems the market out here in the Seattle area is somewhat similar to yours in Denver.  Our market is much stronger and more stable than most of the country.  Buyers still are buying here, and for each home I have listed for sale, I only need one buyer.</description>
