Ravenna Golf Community

Revenna Golf Community in Littleton Colorado

Southeast Denver has several luxury home communities on private Country Clubs. The southwest suburbs have very few high-end communities for the luxury home buyer. Now there is an alternative on my side of town.

Let your cares fade away in the rear view mirror.  Set your sights on a place where children’s laughter mingles with the fragrance of pine trees.  Where deer graze among rolling hills enclosing a privileged community that borders the Platte River and Waterton Canyon in Southwest Denver.

As if it had grown over time directly from Italy’s picturesque hillsides and meadows, Ravenna offers homes with Colorado’s most spectacular designs.  Each residence will enjoy a captivating view of the emerald fairways of the Jay Morrish designed Championship Golf Course or unspoiled wilderness from recessed windows that welcomes Colorado’s abundant light – all wrapped by stone walls, bold timbers, handcrafted ironwork and tile roofs that distinguish this one-of-a-kind place.

Once you’ve arrived to the serenity of your own home, you will truly relax and embrace the remainder of your day.  fishing-pictureWhether you are casting a fly rod into the calming water of the Platte River, enjoying dinner in the grand Piazza, swimming with the kids, or just taking a romantic walk through the community your mind is at ease.  This is vacation living at home.  Welcome to the holiday.

Ravenna was designed for residents to enjoy the rewards of living every day like they are on holiday.  Within this private community, we have carefully blended the best services and amenities, once exclusive to the world’s finest resorts, to offer a lifestyle that has never been available on the Front Range.  Come see this marvelous, upscale community for yourself.

The Kentwood Company has been invited to play there in June. I will joining 29 of my colleagues playing the new 18 holes of golf. I will report on the condition of the course…but not the condition of my game!
