“Ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen”, that is the mantra of service expressed by the developer of the new Residences at the Ritz Carlton in downtown Denver. Yes, service is the centerpiece around which these all-new condominiums are being marketed by Kentwood City Properties.
“We can’t sell the new Bosch appliances or the highest grade Brazilian cherry floors because most of the best condominiums downtown already have those things. But, what we offer is a level of service and caring that no one can surpass”, Charles Biederman told me and our 40 brokers who recently toured the new project.
We’re all very pleased to be able to go tour the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton. Our Kentwood Company is one of the few old-fashioned firms in Denver that still tours its listings. so on Wednesday we all were delighted to be invited to see these new condominiums downtown for ourselves. We met in the residence community room which is very comfortable yet elegantly appointed.
I have to admit I was able to watch the CNBC stock sticker on one of the several flat screen TV’s whose sound had been turned off as I was listening to Mr. Biederman’s remarks. Still, it was refreshing to hear the enthusiasm in his voice build as he described how he gives his home phone number to every resident so that anything should go wrong they can call him at home. “I figure if they’re going to entrust me with their money the least I can do is entrust them with my phone number.” Mr. Biederman’s enthusiasm is contagious.
“I do this at every hotel I’ve ever built. I arrived unannounced at 10 p.m. at night without a reservation and ask for a room. Inevitably, visit the desk clerk offers me a sweet but I say no. I’d rather have a regular hotel room. That way my wife and I can enjoy the hotel the way my guests do. When I check out I have a list which becomes a ‘to do list’. I want to make sure everything I noticed that could be improved won’t be noticed again.”
The residences at the Ritz-Carlton have a separate entrance from the hotel to utilize the same doorman and valet service. It is located at 19th and Curtis in downtown Denver just a few steps away from the heart of the financial district. The units themselves are spectacular offering nearly every amenity imaginable in the standard prices. The gourmet kitchens, heated towel racks and elegant moldings add to the spectacular views in creating truly unique condominiums downtown.
The two-bedroom floor plan a model offers extremely convenient floor space. The master and guest suites are located at opposite ends of the unit with the living area in between. everything is new from the walls in. And, the model does not have any upgrades are extras and it beyond what is provided as standard finish.
With prices starting at about $1.3 million these units are not inexpensive. But they are competitively priced. For the person who wants to truly turn key condominium, this is it. Luxurious lifestyle, convenience to downtown and service beyond compare is what they promise. And, that is what they deliver.
