Penterra New Condominiums

Penterra is our newest listing of luxury condominiums in the Denver Tech Center near Greenwood Village. There are over 80 fully completed units in this high rise building in the heart of the action. Prices range from $250,000 to $1.9 million.
The Kentwood Company and I are excited to be able offer affordable, truly luxurious condos in this great location. The Penterra Plaza includes an office tower, McCormick and Schmidt’s Seafood Restaurant, and other amenities within walking distance. Denver’s new light rail line is only a few blocks away.
The units themselves range from 1 to 3 bedroom units and up to nearly 3000 square feet. Many offer stunning views of the DTC, Downtown Denver and the mountains. Wow those condos look great! Are you the listing agent for the entire project?
Myself, John Burns and Chuck Gargotto procured that listing for The Kentwood Company and our new home market division. I am not involved in day to day sales there but I am handling all resales in the building and contingency sales for those who have homes to sell.
We are excited about these condominium homes and the location which is central in Greenwood Village.
