Penterra is newest listing for The Kentwood Companyof luxury condominiums in the Denver Tech Center near Greenwood Village. There are over 80 fully completed units in this high rise building in the heart of the action. Prices range from $250,000 to $1.9 million.

Myself, John Burns and Chuck Gargotto procured that listing for The Kentwood Company and our new home market division. I am not involved in day to day sales there but I am handling all resales in the building and contingency sales for those who have homes to sell.
