Ken Caryl

People are always asking me, “What neighborhoods have the lowest crime in the Denver area.” Well, now my opinion is supported by published facts.
According to the May issue of the Magazine 5280, Ken Caryl Valley was one of the 14 safest neighborhoods in the Metro area to purchase a home. Having lived on the Ken Caryl Ranch for over 20 years. I would agree with the magazine article. This is a wonderful place to live. The hogback, geological formation provides limited access to this private enclave which only 20 minutes from Downtown Denver.
The red sand soils are among the most stable in the metro area. I have never seen expansive soil in the valley. What I so see is expansive views of foothills and even Denver.
The past weekend I had an open house at 152 Willowleaf Dr in the Valley and besides having good customer traffic throughout the day, I had additional visitor in the backyard. A young deer took the afternoon to rest and relax in the yard most of the day. How many neighborhoods have deer joining them for an afternoon rest?
The Ken Caryl Valley is home to deer, elk, turkey, coyotes, many species of birds and much more. Every day is a different experience in the Valley.
The Master Planned Community is located west of C-470 thru the hogback foothill formation on Ken Caryl Ave.
