Penthouse Party at Zi Lofts

THE place to be and be seen this Sunday!

My friend and coworker in the real estate biz Alyssa Jahns from Kentwood City Properties really knows how to throw a party! And this Sunday should be no exception, as she unveils the Zi Lofts and Townhomes for all to see!

The Zi building has been rising out of an old parking lot at the corner of 22^nd and Blake in downtown Denver – right across from Coors Field in LoDo.  The party starts at 11:00, and the first 70 attendees in the door will earn VIP passes for the Rockies Game that same day!

The VIP pass allows admission for Private Box Seating and beverages!  And as if that wasn’t enough, cosmos and hors d’oeuvres will be served from the Penthouse level at the Zi Lofts from 11:00 – 2:00!

“This is unquestionably the best way to spend your Sunday” says Alyssa, and you know what? She’s right! So stop by the Zi Lofts and be one of the first 70 folks to earn your admission to the Box Seat as the Rockies take on the Mets! And feel free to check out the lofts of course – there are units still available from the $300,000s all the way up to over $1mil. Zi Lofts are located at 22^nd and Blake – 2229 Blake St in LoDo.

You may remember the location of these new lofts as the former Baja Beach Club. But, don’t worry the days of that rowdy bar are now gone and these georgeous new lofts have taken that location with new style!
