La Alma, Lincoln Park and The Santa Fe Arts District

As you may already know, I love to find “undiscovered gems in the city”. You know, places that are just now being discovered as great places to live and enjoy. Undiscovered also means the homes are affordable!

The buzz in the Arts District on historic Santa Fe Drive is incredible. It’s near The Golden Triangle and Downtown Denver.  We have all heard about its “up and coming potential”…it just so happens the potential is now being realized!

Their mission statement refers to its “dedication to promoting public awareness of Santa Fe Drive as a unique art and cultural district.”  Mission accomplished!

I was showing property in the area when I found myself taken back by the beauty of what has been embraced there.  With great restaurants such as Breckenridge Brewery, Chili Rojo, Studio6 Coffee House and the newest addition The Santa Fe Tequila Company and original shops to boot such as Things That Grow, Miss Prothero’s Books…and then there is the “Art” in every aspect of greatness…the list goes on and on.

What an amazingly kept secret Denver has with events for all throughout the week.  I am honored to support the local business owners with my business and appreciation of the steps they take forward each day to keep this district blooming!
