Seller’s Markets Appear Overnight

I agree with Doug Hutchins’ article from last week. Buyers cannot find what they want in many areas around Denver. Prices are rising and good homes are selling very quickly and at prices near or even above asking prices.  Smart Sellers are putting their homes on the market NOW!

HGTV Green Home Boosts Stapleton Sales

Richmond Homes Turns Cautious

David Mandarich, Co-Founder and President of Denver-based MDC Richmond Homes, one of America’s largest homebuilders, spoke at my Kentwood Company Sales Meeting yesterday. Calling new home starts at “depression levels”, he said that builders are coping with the real estate market by building smaller homes and eliminating spec homes.
