The Grow-A-Brain Blog attracts up to 11,000 visitors per day." It is a "blog of real estate blogs" and a potpourri of other interesting tidbits.
Why is this important? First, it shows that this blog does provide valuable content from a variety of real estate professionals throughout the Denver real estate market. Secondly, it exposes us to the wider world of real estate blogging outside Denver. Inevitably, that increases the exposure of our information and content about the Denver real estate market.
Littleton Arbor Day

The City of Littleton is continuing its annual, tree program for the 13th year. This year 340 trees, with 18 different species will be available to anyone owning property within Littleton city limits. Trees must be planted within the city limits of Littleton.

2007 Sales Below $1m

Centennial Neighborhood Guide

The Centennial City Council has approved the production of "Neighborhood Resource Guide" for the Denver suburb and its residents at a cost of approximately $106,000.
Available in April, The Guide will cover resources for everything from law enforcement to code enforcement. Even public works will be included because, by then, Centennial will be handling its own roads and infrastructure.
Denver Home Sales Increase

Denver home sales of existing single-family properties soared in January increasing 34% from the previous month and 8% from the year-ago period.
These figures use under-contact sales because they are the most current measure of sales activity. Actual sold statistics reflect sales that closed in January but went under-contract as far back as November.

FICO Score

As a long-time Denver mortgage banker, I know how important credit scores have become over the years. When I started in banking, I was taught to examine the financial statements, the business plan and then look the potential borrower straight in the eye. I could usually assess a good risk from a bad one. But, those days are gone.
