The overall Denver Colorado mortgage market is currently tightening credit standards, lenders are adjusting their guidelines and qualification standards to protect themselves. Many loan programs and qualifications levels that were available a short time ago and no longer available today.
New Highlands Ranch Custom Homes

The Kentwood Company has announced that it has been selected to market 180 brand new custom homes in "BackCountry" to built by various builders in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
"Back Country" is the last parcel of land available for new homes in Highlands Ranch and is located at Broadway and Wildcat Reserve Parkway on the south side of "The Ranch". It will include semi-custom homes built by Shea Homes and the newly announced 180 custom homes
