Do you have something to say as an expert in your area of real estate sales? If so, you can be featured on this website without any cost. All you have to do is to apply to be a blogger. E-mail us at Larry@larryhotz.com and attach your resume or biography and one sample of a blog. It should be 5-7 paraghs long and include one or two photos which are not copyrighted. Links to outside resources are fine but not required. It will not beused on this website unless you are accepted and sign the necessary release. Be sure to include your best phone number.
You will expected to blog 3-4 times per month about your farm area, cities you serve or general real estate tips. You may stop blogging anytime you like. Once accepted, we will email or fax you the full agreement.
In exchange, we will email you all leads for your area. We expect you will contact those interested buyers and sellers within 24 hours of receiving the contact information. All leads have asked to be contacted for specific information so they will be expecting to hear from you.
