Stapleton Library Coming Soon

Downtown Denver Library will open Stapleton Branch
In 2007, Denver’s citizens passed the ballot initiatives that established the Better Denver Bond program. The goal of the program is to improve, preserve, renovate and build new roads, libraries, parks, hospitals, public safety facilities, and cultural facilities. We are thrilled that Stapleton will finally get a new library as a result.
Our community has almost everything else to support a growing family. While schools have libraries for our children, most of us really wanted the expanded resources a branch of the Denver Library will provide. Plus, a good library can be an important amenity for Stapleton real estate values. Read More→

The medical marijuana dispensary is scheduled to open for business in the next few months. While the younger, single crowd at Stapleton might care less, families are more concerned about this new business and the risks it brings to our neighborhood. Read More→

The good news is that the residents of Stapleton, Forest City – the developer of Stapleton, and Denver Public Schools are all working together to solve this problem with the short term and long term in mind.
There are currently 4 schools in Stapleton. Westerly Creek Elementary , William Roberts , Read More→

Stapleton Town Center Development in Denver
Most people think that Stapleton is a Mecca for young professionals with 2.2 kids and a dog.Or, maybe you think it of only a place for young, single people.
Stapleton appeals to many demographics for many different reasons. I recently began helping a couple moving to Stapleton to be closer to their daughter and granddaughter. Their family lives in neighboring Park Hill which is known as a quiet residential neighborhood with a somewhat aging population. Read More→
